When you fill in the "Request a demo" form, we save your name, company, company email, mobile number, state and city, and any optional details you add (staff count, message). We use them only to contact you about kramiq. We do not sell or share them.
Data inside kramiq
Companies using kramiq store their staff records (such as attendance, onboarding documents and expenses) in kramiq. That data belongs to the company that uses kramiq. It is kept in a separate section for each company, stored in India (Mumbai), sent over encrypted connections, and documents are private files that only authorised users of that company can open.
The kramiq app
- Location is used when staff punch in or out, to confirm they are at their site.
- Camera and photos are used only when a user chooses to add a document or bill photo.

To ask about, correct or remove the details you sent through this website, use the contact details on the contact section. Staff using kramiq through their employer should contact their employer.
